I had 2 different tracks curated for me by Nicole. The first was
an Atlas vertebrae healing soundtrack that I asked her to create for me as I had been suffering with chronic headaches. It has been integral in my healing and a huge part of my headache frequency decreasing. The second is one designed to help me sleep. I listen to this one every night as well when I wake up in the middle of the night and it puts me back to sleep in record time. I’m a huge believer that sound frequency is the future of healing and I am so grateful to have had the gift of meeting Nicole who is truly plugged into this work.
