Sit or stand comfortably.


Place a hand on the body.


Breathe slowly and naturally.


With each exhale, release urgency.


Silently acknowledge:


“In this moment, I choose steadiness.”


Minute 2–4 | Grounding Amid the Storms-


Bring awareness to your physical surroundings:

the ground beneath you,

the temperature of the air,

the simple fact of being supported.


Quietly reflect:

“The Earth moves through cycles.

I meet this moment with calm.”


Minute 4–6 | Intention for Those Affected by Snow & Storms-


Without visualizing damage or danger, hold this gently:


“May all people experiencing heavy snow, cold, wind, and storms be protected.

May warmth, shelter, and assistance reach those who need it.

May travel, infrastructure, and emergency response unfold with clarity and care.”


Let the words soften into felt concern rather than imagery.


Minute 6–8 | Calm for Communities & Responders

Bring attention to the human response to these conditions.

Hold this intention quietly:


“May fear be reduced.

May communication be clear.

May communities support one another with patience and kindness.

May responders and workers remain safe and focused.”


Breathe naturally.Minute 8–10 | Gratitude & Stabilization-

Bring to mind one simple truth:

warmth,

shelter,

help received or given,

or the resilience of people working together.

 

Rest in this intention:

“Gratitude steadies us.

Care guides our actions.”

 

Visualize our Mother Earth basking in vibrant crystalline colors,

a toroidal field flowing with golden white light;

Restoring natural rhythm and cycles back to Organic Source Energies

Visualize that source light and love anchoring into all spaces once again.

 

Minute 10–11 | Closing-

Allow a moment of silence.

End with:

“I carry this calm into how I act, speak, and choose.”

Then gently return to your day, with encouraged hydration. 🌏
