Spending only 5-10 minutes in the space of Gratitude, such as thinking of your passions and the little things in your life.
This thought of gratidude boosts immunity, releases serotonin/Dopamine, increases overall sleep, and allows you to return to the state of homeostasis.
This state if balance and peace allows your mind and body to become in sync, no longer allowing fear and depression take over, but instead, filling you up with unconditional self love, and source light. 
This immediate activation brings you into a state of peace and calm, with your brain waves slowed and ma infesting your life, attracting the things you are grateful for!
This is the power of gratitude.
